I'm looking to share the achievement of sport and fitness challenges that people are attempting in 2018.
Last year I did exercise everyday for a year and found this to be brilliant and very challenging. This year, I want I haven't set a specific challenge. Instead I'm helping my family get active by showing them fun activities that don't always feel like running.
My Mother in Law has set herself the challenge of doing a 5K by Arpil.
My Mother wants to lose 3 stone by June and do a Tough Mudder next year.
My Sister wants to learn to the splits before Easter (Good luck!)
My Partner is doing exercise every day for a year.
(I'm secretly a bit jealous and want a specific challenge so suggestions welcome
