Fitness tracker recommendation

I really want a fitness tracker with heart rate monitor but the Fitbit one is a bit beyond my budget.

There are loads around the £20-25 mark on Amazon that track heart rate too but I was wondering if anyone could recommend a cheaper one that works well?

You're going to have to pay more if you want something good with the heart rate tracker on it, I like the Garmin Vivo Sport but it's about £130
