So I know I have left it really late, but I'm wondering if I start a squat challenge now would it make a difference within two weeks? Actually I have two weeks and two days. I go to polefitness 2-3 times per week so I'm not keen to start anything like 30 day shred Although I think that could make a difference in two weeks as I know I will ache like crazy and I don't want to be too sore for pole fitness.
So would squats for two weeks help? If so how many should I do?
