Does anyone do this. I've just started and love it (not something I often say about exercise), but unsure how good it actually is for me compared to my usual running/30 day shred a couple of times a week.

I've been doing it for about eighteen months. I have rheumatoid arthritis and it is a good way to get some exercise with relatively little impact on my joints. It is a lot of fun.
