Anyone suffered with these before?
If so, any advice on preventing and treating. I want to up my running fitness but everytime I get into a routine with it I end up getting shin splints and needing to take a break from it and then getting out of the swing of things. I've bought better trainers etc but doesn't seem to help. I think I am quite heavy footed when I run but I can't seem to stop it.
Any advice appreciate. Tyi
