Shred & press ups

Just about to restart the dreaded 30 day shred.
Wondering:
Is it better to do as many proper press ups as you can then collapse with jelly arms?
Or do half press ups for the whole time allotted?

I don’t know, but my PT has always been happy for me to do half press ups, so I stick with them Grin

Do as many ful as you an. Then half for the remaining time.

Or do with hands on a height to make them easier.
