Please help- my arms look like overstuffed sausages. What can I do and will they ever look normal again?

Body weight exercises (and if you have dumbells or access to a gym, even better!).

Press-ups, triceps dips, overhead presses, lateral raises, kick- backs, upright rows.

Have a look at Fitness Blender, you can filter to upper body. It’s amazing how quickly you can see progress too!

Women lose tone in our arms easily, as we age.
It helps if you keep your BMI down to healthy number, too.
