I’m not really a fan of strength training - too much faffing about - but I know it’ll help me no end. I run/Swim/bike and have access to some kettlebells/dumbells, barbell and a TRX 
Can anyone point me in the direction of some good online vids that particularly support runners/cyclists? I reckon if I can muster 2 x 30 minute sessions a week that should make a difference.
