On Saturday I had AFT (?) / IPL laser on my face to kill off some broken veins and also sun damage spots.
The technician told me not to exercise for at least five days as if I flushed it might undo some of the treatment. Or, she said, slightly vaguely, maybe better to see how my face feels before I exercise. My face has felt fine since I had it done.
I am going insane without exercising for a week. But this is bloody expensive treatment, so I don't want to undo it.
Has anyone had the same, and if so, how soon did you return to exercise?
