Do you prefer shorts to capri pants / trousers when exercising?

Depends on the activity, the weather, what I need to carry.

I have hotpant shorts, baggy athletic shorts, capris, regular leggings, fleece lined leggings.

Why do you ask?

MaidOfStars · 24/10/2017 22:44

Oh, bike shorts (which are baggy and mid calf so not 'shorts' at all Grin)

Loose shorts, baggy string gusset ones with pockets. As long as it's not too cold, best. Lycra is only ok if cold.

I can wear capris too.

In summer, yes.

Especially now I've found 2XU and have compression tights in 3 lengths (short, capri, long) so I can choose whatever suits the weather.

Why do you want to know?

Thanks for the replies. I tend to wear shorts in the summer and capri's in the winter but have noticed that some people in the gym wear shorts all year round. I guess it's down to personal preference

It's warm in the gym, though, like 20 degrees or so? Summer temp. I thought you meant outside.

Kate010377 · 26/10/2017 17:36

Sorry I meant in the gym.
