Gym app?

Ds and his friends have just completed a gym course and are now allowed to use the gym. They have each been given their own programme to follow.

Can anyone recommend an app for him to enter his programme into and tick off as he follows it in the gym?

I use Trainerize, which is set up by my PT and then I track my workouts in it - I assume it's also available as a non-PT version...

Oh, but most of the big burly blokes use a notebook not an app ;-)

I use Fitnotes.

Trainerize seems to need a PT to give you sign on. Ds is as far from big burly bloke level as possible, much closer to screen geek.

Tried fitnotes and it looks like it will give us what we need. Thanks!
