I only started Yoga at the beginning of the year and while I really enjoyed the class, it was discontinued before the summer.
I would quite like to have a short routine I could realistically do every day at home while I figure out alternative classes (I live in The Sticks, not much choice here).
Or would just something like 5 sun salutations be enough to wake me up as we go in to the darker season? I need all the help I can get in the morning....
