Some kind soul recommended this app on another thread and may be beginniers luck but so far it has made a huge improvement to my pelvic floor leakage when running And may even dare to run minus a pad for my next run so thanks for the recommendation and fellow leaky joggers give this a try !!

Are you selling it?

No I've realised it sounds like I am though!

The Squeezy app is brilliant. Cheap and by the NHS.

So what is it? How does it work?

It's fab. It sends you notifications so it reminds you to do your pelvic floor exercises plus there is a little guide for how to do them with (non-graphic!) visual images to tell you when to squeeze and when to release.

It is nothing you can't do yourself but I am so much more likely to do them when I am reminded and also more likely to do them correctly with the pictures rather than doing them but being distracted by other things.
