Do you use them?
I work out five times a week - mix of HIIT and circuits 30/45 minute sessions. Three first thing in the morning so exercise fasted and then tend to skip breakfast anyway which I get told off for by my trainers so they suggested adding a shake in after those work outs. Apart from skipping breakfast I do have a fairly decent diet with lots of real lean protein but probably not meeting 1g / lb body weight every day.
