The gym I've recently joined has several different types of yoga classes. I've been to the one simply called 'yoga' a few times and it is quite challenging but a fairly slow pace so I've kept up. Tomorrow I'm booked onto 'dynamic' yoga, but am worried it may be too fast paced. The other classes are called 'Vinyasa flow' and 'Restorative', if that helps, but no explanation given!
