Anybody tried it yet ? If so do you recommend ?

ive bought the book in a moment of weakness after reading about it on sheerluxe daily briefing, and although i am going to try really hard to get in shape and this may help, i expect a bit of 7 min workout or Joe Wicks would do it better.. you pay 50 odd quid, get a book, access to the book online. their isnt an app to log your progress, the online book you have to open each time, it doesnt rememeber where you are etc, the hard copy the print is too small, im already a bit annoyed with it all.. its just an exercise manual, total rip off really but once youve spent it you may just do it!!
