And generally happy with how I look, although still trying to eat well between now and then and pop out for the occasional run when I have time!

What I do need advice on is my arms. Dress is sleeveless and although they look ok (I'm a size 8, fairly slim all over) I would like them to be a little more toned/less bingo wingy if possible!

Can I make a difference in a few weeks? What do I do?! And how often?

Are you a member of a gym?

Weights will tone your arms - triceps extensions, kickbacks

Body Pump is a great class for toning

Tricep dips with a chair in your house will also help, there are apps with programmes on

If you spent 15-30 mins a day on your arms I reckon you'd see a good improvement

No not anymore human cancelled my membership about 18 months ago, I really struggled to find the time!

I do have a couple of free weights in the house so could do some reps with those? It's very encouraging that you think I could make a difference in the time I have Smile

30 day shred should make a difference

Tracy Anderson's mat DVD has the most devastatingly hard but effective arm workout I've ever done. It's about 7 minutes of what looks like very easy flailing your arms around but it is SO difficult. And makes your arms look great. I always do it 5 or 6 days a week in the weeks leading up to a wedding or similar. Wish I had the commitment to do it all the time!

I think the mat workout is on YouTube

Daisy the only thing putting me off 30 day shred is that my final dress fitting is next week, I daren't lose any more inches after then 😕

slightly that's very helpful, thanks! I will definitely look that up to do tomorrow night Smile
