Sad I have a wobbly mum tummy and would love to do all the exercise I used to do, but unfortunately cannot. I had a laparoscopy (well I've had 7!), but this one about 10 years ago went very badly and I bled out, nearly died, had to have blood transfusions and more surgery. Anyway, long story short, have 'pain attacks' once or twice a month if I'm fairly careful, but anything energetic bring one on. Usually I am able to head these off with strong painkillers, or it's a trip to the hospital for iv morphine. So......I need to strengthen my core, but slowly and gently I suppose, and I thought you ladies may be able to help? Any dvds or YouTube channels would be greatly appreciated. Tia

Could you afford a personal trainer?

Not really atm, I'm just getting my business back up and running, but later in the year hopefully I could?? How much would I expect to pay one? And how do I know if they are any good?

Well it varies depending on where you are. I pay £30 an hour.

If that's not possible I recommend Adrienne's yoga on YouTube. She does some core exercises.
