Apologies if this one has been covered before but I've completed 30 day shred and am on week 2 of Ripped in 30. So assuming I survive to the end and judging by the workout this morning this is not guaranteed
, what next ?
I have No More Trouble Zones though haven't tried it yet. How do most people use this one ? A couple of different zones each workout or the whole lot ?
