Fit people, what's your typical exercise each week?

Just wondering how much exercise fit people do?!

I'm overweight but have recently started couch to 5k.

So my typical week's exercise is:

Mon - walk 18,000 steps
Tues - swim if possible , walk 9,000 steps
Wed - walk 9,000 steps, C25K run
Thurs - walk 6,000 steps
Fri - walk 9,000 steps, C25K run
Sat - walk 5,000 steps, swim
Sun - walk 5,000 steps, C25K run

Monday, 30 min work out with weights, 15 min treadmill run, fast walk for 1 hour.

Tuesday, 15 min treadmill run, fast walk for 30 minuts, 1 hour kick boxing.

Wednesday, 30 min workout with weights, 15 min treadmill run, fast walk for 1 hour.

Thursday, 15 min treadmill run, half hour brisk walk, 1 hour kick boxing.

Friday, 30 min workout with weights, 15 min treadmill run, 1 hour fast walk.

Saturday, 1 and a half hour kick boxing, brisk family walk for 2 hours.

Sunday, brisk family walk for 2 hours.

I fantasize about a brisk family walk.

Round here it's always an interminable family dawdle. DH is at least as bad as the kids.

Monday - Badminton/Tennis
Tuesday - nothing
Wednesday - Spin class 45 minutes
Thursday - nothing
Friday - Running (4 miles)
Saturday - Weights and Cardio - 1.5 hours
Sunday - Body attack

On days where I put nothing they are my Fast Days on 5:2. I still try and do 10,000 steps if possible. I try and get 2,500 calories a day notched up on FitBit. Friday - Sunday is more like 3,000 a day.

I'm not sure that I'm "fit" but I exercise Grin
Monday - rest
Tuesday - 45 min spin class
Wednesday - personal trainer 1 1/2 hrs
Thursday - either spin or circuit class - 45 mins
Friday - 45 min spin
Saturday - personal trainer 1 1/2 hrs
Sunday - 1hr spin class

I average at about 7000-12000 steps a day

Monday: climb for two hours

Tuesday: 4 mile run ( interval training)

Wednesday: 6 mile run

Thursday: 4 mile run ( hill training)

Saturday: park run 3 miles

Sunday: long run ( anything from ten to thirteen miles)

All runs done with a baby in a buggyGrin apart from Sunday's long run.

Monday - BoxFit (30 mins), gym (30 mins)
Tuesday - Muay Thai (30 mins), gym (30 mins)
Wednesday - GRIT (30 mins), gym (30 mins)
Thursday - rest
Friday - Body combat (1 hour), BodyPump (45 mins)
Saturday - Gym (1 hour)
Sunday - rest

All gym work is focused on functional/strength/bodyweight exercises... mainly compound exercises such as barbel squats, burpees and KB swings.

3 hours horse riding a week plus a wheelbarrow of horse shit removed from the field on a daily basis :D
