I have a sports watch, but can't link it to my computer as we have a mac and I can't install software if it's not from the Apple Store
I need to motivate myself and keep track of what I'm doing. I've been trying to do some regular sport, cycling, either on the indoor bike or on a real bike and some Pilates type stuff. I'd also like to track going hiking, but the chest strap puts me off using it. Are the wrist ones reliable for measuring heart rate or do they track wrist movement? I'm never going to be going running and most seem to be designed for that.
