Finally happy with my weight but not the muscle tone

So I've finally reached the weight I want to be! Yay!

But I feel like the bottom of my belly needs some serious work! It's wobbly and bloated!

I could do with Toning up my inner thighs and boobs but the belly is the worst part!

Help what can I do? I'm not in the mood for lots of exercise as I am lazy! What can I do that's not too time consuming but gets results?

Pump has been incredible for toning me up. I was fairly slim to begin with but it basically just burned off any superfluous flab, especially from my legs. Waist has gone down two inches since I started in February. Couldn't recommend it enough.

Yea I am a member of a gym! I used to do body pump before, how often do you go? I find it difficult to make time to go to the gym often

a couple of weight sessions a week. OR a kettlebells class would be good. Less cardio, but more weights sounds like what you need.

For me, it's weight training. I've always done some weights in the gym after 30-45 mins cardio but have really concentrated on the weights recently - pull ups, dips, deadlifts, battler open, etc. My arms and stomach have really toned up and at 40, I'm probably happier with my figure than I have been in a long time!
