Strength training for Born Survivor - recommendations

So I've been forced into a team by friends and figure I best start training!
Can anyone recommend someone - ideally YouTube - that I can follow at home to do strength work? I already run regularly and do yoga 5x a week in the morning. I'm not strong or mega fit but not a total beginner either. Have some hand weights I can use. Any ideas?
