Running trainers for narrow feet?

Can anyone recommend trainers for narrow feet? I'm finding that if I get the correct length on the shoe, the width is too large and my foot slides around.

My husband (v narrow feet) goes for Brookes. I have wide fit and Asics fit me well (so maybe best avoided for narrow footed people?!?)

I would suggest you go and get properly fitted in a specialist shop. They will check for pronation, etc too and can teach you different lacing techniques

I wear Brooks as well as does dh both have narrow feet. I went to a running shop and tried on about a dozen or more pairs and tested them on a treadmill as well.
