Hi does anyone know if what I am going through at the moment sounds like a straightforward muscle strain/injury?
I have had a constant headache and achy legs from top to bottom since Friday(after I had finished a workout-using weights that included lots of squats/bridge raises etc...)
I am struggling to sleep at night due to the pain and am getting fed up now.
Taking pain killers and doing stretches.
Any one gone through something similar? not sure what I have done.
I have been working out now for over a year-really enjoy it and this is not the normal muscle aches I have had before.
