Did anyone do Wings for Life on Sunday?

Just that really! I did it in Cambridge but there were over 150,000 people taking part worldwide, I wondered if any on here did it!

Hi Excited I did it! Got to 18.36km before I was caught, and was ready for it as I'd only had time to get to 9 miles in training. Great day though. How about you?

Woah! Well done you! I only got to 10.4km. I'd have liked to have got to 11 but 10.4 is the second furthest I've ever run so I should be pleased with that.

I want to do it again though, is it the first time you did it? What did you think of the medal?

10.4 is great especially if it's the second furthest you've ever run - well done!

Yes, this was first time for me too, but some friends did it last year (when it was stupidly hot - for May in UK anyway) and still said it was great fun.

Medal is so-so but I do like the t-shirt!

I didn't! But I want to thank you for doing it! People behind the scenes work so hard on it all, so people taking part and loving it is just what is wanted! Next year I will be taking part!

I spoke to a couple of people who suffered through the heat last year, I hope it's not as bad as that next year!
