Just curious really. I have upped my gym usage and am trying to be more consistent. I do three gym based weights sessions per week and 2/3 run based cardio sessions. I don't mix and match.
In the gym I generally do whole body alternating upper and lower body exercises. Today was
3 x 8 squats
3 x8 bench
Front and lateral shoulder raises 3 x 12 each
3 x 8each side lunges
3 x 10 bicep curls
3 x 8 leg press
3 x 8 lat pull down
3 x 12 sumo squat
3 x 12 triceps dips
Abs
I have no particular plan. I try and lift heavy. I'm just interested to see the changes in my body with a bit of consistency.
Anyone else care to share?
