Advice for starting exercise again

I'm hoping to pick some wiser brains....pre baby I was a keen runner, but now with a toddler, plus working full time, I'm struggling to find the time to get out regularly.

I don't really know where to start: I really want to tone up (rather than lose weight) but I need something I can do at home ideally. Time and money are limited!

Has anyone used any programs which have been effective and they can recommend?

Have you tried any of the 7 minute workout Apps you can get? I haven't, btw, but I have downloaded one with the intention of doing so.... Blush Grin

Also, probably a bit obvious but wrt to the running is there any time you could use to take the toddler running with a jogger buggy? Especially with later lighter nights?
