Wet foot test (Pic) - trainer help needed

Can anyone advise on whether my wet foot test shows a mid or high arch, please? Depending on the website I use, it tends to indicate more of a mid/neutral arch, but I feel I need more arch support when running. The nearest running shop to me that will measure this is an hour away, so need to get some new trainers for a short duration until I go to the running shop.

Sorry can't help with your question.

There is a different approach which does not use arch supports unless as very very short term remedy. Try Kath Bowens's nutritiousmovement.com/product/every-womans-guide-to-foot-pain-relief/

The link has the old title, the book has been updated to be gender neutral.

Hope you find what you need

I'd say mid - neutral however I'm not qualified. You could possibly have a high arch with an outward following foot.
