Hi All,
It's been 12 weeks post birth and I'm keen to get back into an exercise routine.
Pre baby i was running a couple of times a week, and going to different Gymbox classes, mainly core focussed.
I'm not going to rejoin the gym for now due to travel distance and cost, so looking for exercises i can do at home.
Thinking 30 days of yoga but not sure if it's too much on the stomach too soon. Any good Pilates online recommendations would be appreciated.
Also, is it to soon for running?
