Ok, the truth is I don't like exercising... I'm rubbish at all sports, over weight and unfit... however, at 42 I know I really need to be doing at least 30 minutes a day.
I live in a village and have a dog which I walk a bit. I hate dog walking on my own and can never find anyone to go with. I tried couch to 5K but my back was in agony so I had to stop the running.
I'm full of excuses... any tips, motivation? I'm feeling really low and my self esteem is rock bottom.
