Home cross trainer?

My gym has just raised it's prices by a frankly extortionate amount. I only use the cross trainer and weights, so I think it is actually going to be cheaper to buy one for home.

I've been looking on Amazon, but there are so many!

Any idea which brands are most reliable? I need something that would work for me (so a few options re: resistance and something to track time and distance), but will also cope with DH and my strapping teenage boy.

Thanks.

We got the Reebok one from Argos just before xmas and it has been really Good so far. A nice mix of programmes but nothing too fancy, easy to use and quiet enough to watch tv during a workout.
It was under £300 though it was difficult to assemble due to crap instructions. Not convinced the heart monitor is accurate as mine always seems lower than is likely.
It has coped well with myself, teen dd and teen ds and hubby. Ranging from 7 stones to 15 stones in weight.

Thanks, I saw that one and the reviews looked good.
