The laziest person I know (me), the person who hasn't run since school so almost 20 years ago (me again), and the person who has only exercised regularly once for a year about 8 years ago (yep, me) has just done W1D1 of C25k.
I need to do it, I need to get fitter, and I need to lose about 2 stone.
I did it. I actually didn't find it that bad. Certainly not as bad as I thought it would be.
I need to start this thread as I have to have some sort of public shaming to continue once it gets tough, and I simply cannot be one of those people who posts her runs on FB. So I'm putting it here.
Anyone else started recently/starting this week?
