Indoor exercise bike recommendations

Hi I can't get out to exercise much as I am mum to 9 year old and his dad hardly sees him so was thinking about getting an exercise bike? However I can't afford one over a £100 and was looking for any recommendations and if they actually do work ?i saw a cross trainer one on Amazon but don't know if they are better? I love cycling outdoors but just don't have time to get out. Thanks

It was very easy to put together (Once we figured out which was the front and rear stabilizer! ), it's quiet and the seat is ok for a bike. I love mine.
