I've had a bad 18 months health wise (highlights include a 6 month bout of a form of vertigo that was misdiagnosed as labrynthitis, bronchitis and pneumonia). I'm ok now, but very prone to coughs and colds, and very unfit, and now overweight. I used to be quite sporty. I've tried to do Jillian Michaels 30 day shred a couple of times and ended up with chest infections a week in. I've been working on walking more, and am now halfway through a 30 day yoga challenge ( short you tube videos to do each day). I'm looking for something to do when I get to the end of the 30 days.I don't dare do the shred, I can't get to the end of level one. So I'm looking for suggestions of something a bit more weights based than very gentle yoga, but less hardcore than the shred. Any suggestions welcome. Thank you.
