Squeezy app advice please

Have downloaded s while sgo to remind me to do pelvic floors but cant get the app to notify me! Any users that can help? Just had another look cant see what im missing!

Have you got the notifications switched on in the app? Have you set times right? Something to do with settings in your phone and allowing it to send you notifications?

Not sure what else to suggest? Here's mine on an iPhone

Glad you've got it sorted. Been using it since Nov and it's made a difference can now run without feeling like I need a wee - yet to try out a trampoline for the real test
