Hiya!
I am 5 weeks post partum today but really probably could have started gentle exercises a few weeks ago 
Any suggestions for exercises or good work out videos I can start out with? I don't have the time to get to the gym as have very limited childcare due to DP's work hours.
My stamina is appalling and I am a little -obese- overweight with a BMI of 30, so a run around the park would not happen.
