Running clothing -how to be seen

As the winter nights draw in I've realised that all my running stuff is black/grey/dark colours which isn't particularly safe, especially as my running routes are off the main roads and lighting is poor.
I've been carrying my phone and running with the torch on but it's not ideal and I don't like carrying it.
What should/could I wear to be seen that doesn't flap about?

I have a chest light from decathlon.

I also have a high vis top

I always forget about decathalon, I'll look there.
I need something that can go over multiple layers- I get so cold when I'm out running that I have about 3-4 layers on 😳

I saw a running grou out the other night and they were lit up like Christmas trees with flashing arm bands on arms, wrists and ankles, High-Viz jackets and the added embellishment of different coloured Glow-Stick bangles and necklaces! They looked fabulous, and definitely could be seen on a dark, rainy night (and almost made me want to join them....almost!).

I hate rustly, flappy things and have this jacket which is really warm and has loads of reflective bits. Then I have hi vis/reflective gloves (for when I need them) and matching visor from Decathlon.
If I run where its not well lit I have a head torch as well, though I hate running with it

That sounds fab! Im fairly new to running/plodding along so want to be seen but not draw too much attention to me wheezing/puffing away like an old train 😂😂 glow sticks could be a good idea though; and they're fun!

That jacket looks just what I'm looking for.

Love that jacket. Mine is rustly and I hate it

I have various bits: a bright orange reflective jacket, reflective snap strips, reflective headbands, reflective gloves. The zips (ankle to calf) on all my leggings are reflective.

I've got a good cap and light weather resistant hoodie from Decathlon. Also LED arm bands from Aldi.

I've bought the top CMOT posted and I've got a reflective harness/vest thing to go over my usual stuff and some snap on ankle strip things! I look like a bloody Christmas tree but better that than not being seen!
