Have just started couch to 5k with group at work and am finding myself really motivated. Trying to fit runs in is quite tricky but am determined to do it!
So today have arranged to meet some of the group for today's run but have forgotten my blimmin trainers!!
We run around a sports field so nice n soft grass. Should I just go barefoot to avoid missing the run as I seriously doubt I'll have the time / willpower to do when I get home from work in the dark!
