I'm participating in a fun colour run at cyclopark on Sunday 16th oct. I've done this before and it's really good as there's no pressure to race or finish in a specific time. It's all about being active and enjoying it whatever you do. And of course being covered in colour paint every 1km. I'm taking my daughter, 8 years old, to experience it with me. Can't wait.
