Hi, I would like to hire a personal trainer but of course prices can be high!
Where I work in lunch break I see groups with a personal trainer, should I ask to find out if I can join?
Or where do I post an advert or find out about sharing a trainer.
No one I know near me right now has the time and/or spare money for sharing a trainer.
