My sister kindly bought it for my birthday. Whilst I could just follow the diagrams on the front, I have no idea how many of each thing to do and I'm worried I will get bored and give up half way through.
Does anyone know of any exercise DVDs or you tube people who could walk me through a session using a ball like this? I have done exercise DVDs before and find that I'm more likely to have a decent workout if I've got someone telling me what to do!
