Hello everyone, i started plodding a few months ago and have done a few 10k races - this spurred me on to enter a half in february. Anyone else in a similar position? I am thinking that by upping one run a week by one km each week will get me to the right distance by the end of january. I seem to get a hip injury if i increase too much. I am able to commit to three runs per week. If anyone is up for this please join in, or if anyone has done this - am I going about it the right way? Thanks!
