Stupid question relating to this type of clip

www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B007YJ1JMS/ref=pd_vtph_263_bs_lp_img_1?ie=UTF8&psc=1&refRID=6JXVH93GJF0QP7TWZWGW

Do you put them on from the front, or around the back?? I find that after I've pedalled away, my trousers are still getting themselves out of the clips!

You bring all the trouser fabric to the front of your leg, hitch it up a bit, and fold the excess round with the fold/gather going over the front of your shin. Then put the clip from the front of your leg.

Nah - damn trousers still work themselves loose! Bah humbug!

Waste of space those type of clips IMO, not only do your trousers fall out all the time, but they fall off and get lost. The reflective velcro bands are a much better bet (still get lost, but not so quick), long enough socks to stuff your trousers in even better.
