Jawbone UP

Am looking for a cheap step tracker that I can put on and forget about.

Does anyone have a Jawbone UP? Any good or would I be better spending more on an alternative?

I have the up move. You connect it to your mobile phone, so need to check your phone to know how many steps you do.

It also tracks sleep but I find this not particularly accurate. It will tell me I was in deep sleep when I know I was awake
