Haven't exercised for a long while but just bought a cross trainer & am really enjoying it. It arrived on Thursday & I've been on it every day since, DP who's very fit has started making noises about rest days but I'm not too sure that I need one.
I only do 30 to 40 minutes per day & only on the cross trainer, do I really need a rest day? I don't want one, I want to go on every day!
