Fitbit help!

So I went to buy a Fitbit or similar today (limited in my small Valleys town but Argos would have ordered in for me). It was only when I had a couple in front of me that I realised I might be asking the impossible. I need....
Something that can obviously track my calories and exercise but needs to be waterproof as I swim a couple of times a week. I also have quite slim wrists (for a fat girl) so I'd need something quite small, the one Fitbit I saw was too bulky and masculine looking. I'd also need it to link to MFP.
The only one I've seen close is the £160 Garmin model but that does seem very black and manly although I haven't seen it for real yet.
Has anyone got any ideas?!

The Fitbit flex 2 is swim proof apparently but I don't know if it covers the rest of the stuff other than how it looks.

Do you need to keep it on whilst swimming? Not many of them can track a swim but you can log manually via the app. Dd wants one and I've chosen the fitbit alta for her which meets your other requirements.

Gamer I think the Flex 2 might well be the one for me thank you, I'll just have to wait until November now! And Esk if I'm going to have one to track my activities I'd like it to do everything I need it to.

Flex 2 is your best option - Garmin have more than can track swimming, but very, very few that aren't huge and masculine in style.

The only one that I can think of that is both small and waterproof is the Flex 2.

i have a charge HR i dont keep it on for swimming but i can log into the dashboard and add my swimming as an activity with the distance and te times and it works out the calories ive burned

GinIsIn · 02/09/2016 21:36

I was about to say flex too - I love mine!

I have a Garmin vivosmart hr plus that is waterproof...I haven't had a chance to try it out swimming yet though. I have very petite wrists and the device doesn't dwarf my wrist.

Tom Tom runner 2 might work for you?

mumsnitter · 04/09/2016 19:47

Small version, they are available in two sizes

Lolimax · 04/09/2016 20:06

I'll have a look at that now thank you mum
