4 year old and 2 year old, I work 3 days a week so feel I can't justify exercising in my lunch hours, most gym classes are at times I have to pick up/drop off the DCs, and then I either have the DCs at home or am too knackered.
However on Sat I went for a swim while DH and DC1 were playing at home and DC2 was napping, and on Sun I took DC2 out on the back of my bike.
It's all a bit random but I'm determined to do something. Weekends are often easiest, but there's a term time evening Pilates class I try and go to.
