Or did you repeat any at all? Just curious really as I'm on week 4 but repeating week 3. My last run on week 3 I was no longer convinced that i'd been running at least 10 minutes, but I didn't few ready for week 4 with the dreaded 5 minute runs!
I've completed C25K before but can't remember if I repeated any weeks. I got to the week with the 20 minute run and then went on my own and just increased my time as much as I could.
And also, a non-stealth boast, this is the first time in 4 years I've stuck to it and not given in after the second week! Go me!
