I've recently lost 4st and am almost finished losing weight but don't know where to go from here?! I have loose skin at the top of my arms and my thighs could be a little tighter but I don't want to loose much more weight.... plus, I'm not the greatest fan of exercise either
so my question is, how do I tone up those problem areas without having to lose anymore weight, become really muscly or have to do really strenuous exercise?
